Delivery and Return


  • Delivery time

Depending on the delivery methods chosen, orders are delivered, within 2 to 5 days for the Maohi collection and 5 to 10 days for the Grand Bleu collection. Some items or order volumes may nevertheless justify a longer delivery time, it will be mentioned expressly to the consumer when validating the order.

  • Delivery error and apparent defect

The customer undertakes to verify the compliance of the item with his order during delivery. Any delivery error in relation to the order or apparent defect will have to be the subject of a claim within 7 free days of delivery. After this period, will be deemed to be received in accordance with the customer, who will no longer be able to avail himself of a delivery error or an apparent defect.

  • Avariate and partial loss

In accordance with Article L 133-3 of the Code of Commerce, the receipt of the items transported extinguishes any action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if within three days, not including the public holidays, following that receipt, the recipient has not notified the carrier, by recommended letter, of his reasoned protest. Complaints related to the transport of items will therefore have to be filed on the transport document and counter signed by the carrier, and then confirmed to the carrier and publisher by recommended letter with request for notice of receipt within three days, not including public holidays from the receipt of the items barely foreclosure of reservations and claims.

Right of retraction

In accordance with current legislation, consumers have 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to request the exchange or refund. In order to exercise this right, it is up to them to return (at their own expense) the parcel to the address of the company’s headquarters: Tahiti Jewelry, BP 111403, 98709 Mahina, Tahiti, accompanied by a letter requesting either refund or exchange or establishment of an asset.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, consumers will not be entitled under any circumstances to exercise any right of withdrawal for orders for all items that are clearly customized or made to their specifications or which, by their nature, cannot be re-re-submitted or are likely to deteriorate.

Any return will have to be made complete (original packaging, accessories, copy of the invoice) and the returned products must be in perfect resale condition, so they must not be soiled or damaged (due to their use).
